这道题属于典型的社会&环境类话题，该类话题写出来容易，但是写好词难，所以同学们记得积累一下黄老师范文内的好词好句哦！

对于这道题，同学们需要特别注意题干中的比较级：houses取代了farmlands and parks。

对于（A比B）比较级来说，常规上有两种写法：（某些题型不适用*）

写法1：AB分开写，比如第一段写A的好处；二三段写B的好处。

写法2：AB一起写，每一段都做比较（为什么A大于B或者反之亦然）

Compared with householders living in greener urban environments, those living in high density residential areas are likely to have higher levels of mental distress and lower levels of wellbeing. Besides human beings, urban areas are also populated with various other species, and replacing agricultural and park areas with housing means loss of their habitats and bio-diversity.

However, higher density residential zones can increase housing affordability by utilizing all developable land to its greatest extent. Considering that in the past decades housing prices have risen by record levels in major cities in the globe, a sprawling city at the cost of farmland and parks seems to be the only viable solution for the exacerbated housing crisis.
